Whew, the end of November and first week of December has been BUSY for me at work! I haven’t had much time to do anything fun or anything worth blogging about.
It seems like the rest of my year will be much easier and hopefully I can stop skipping sessions with my trainer and get myself back on track. I’m aiming for 4-5 days a week at the gym/outside in December. But that starts Monday…because tomorrow, the boyfriend and I are taking a little trip to celebrate our 4 year anniversary. It feels like forever and hardly any time at all. It’s crazy!
And to continue the utter randomness that this post has become… I’ve realized that I love jump roping. I’ve realized that if I want to run less but continue eating like I am running a lot I need to supplement the cardio and jump roping is really fun. I’m also pretty obsessed with kettle bells. They’re like little colorful gumdrops of fun. Next week I’m going to put together a workout of what I’ve been doing with my trainer – we use like 4 or 5 different sized kettle bells and work my whole body. It’s great.
