Three Things Thursday

1) I did all of my Christmas shopping early this year…but somehow ran out of time to wrap gifts. We’re celebrating Christmas early this year – on Friday night and Saturday so I’m basically out of time since tonight is dedicated to baking. So I brought my gifts to the office and I’m wrapping them here. A bit tacky but totally effective.

This is how I do…

2) I’m already dreading the January rush at the gym.  Yesterday was such a meat head fest that I had a total panic attack. Seriously, can someone please explain to me why some guys feel the need to lift so much heavier than they can handle. If you have to drop your bar from chest level when you’re done because you just can’t put it down…. how about you go a little lighter. The floor was shaking so bad I nearly fell off my bench. I only have 5 more sessions with my trainer after the New Year and then I think it’s time for home workouts until the end of February!

Oh, and this too.

3) Speaking of things happening in January…I just realized that Inauguration is on MLK Day. I was so excited for an extra day off in January.

    BANANA CHOBANI!!! EEEK! I love it. :) I paid my bills at work on Tuesday, and I work in retail. So I understand this “tacky” you talk of. But can’t agree. ;)
